Shipping policy

Order Processing times 

Our general processing time is 48 hours, however this excludes weekends and holidays. Unforeseen circumstances can also delay processing times. Orders placed after 5pm (PST) will be processed the following day. 

Items may arrive separately because products are made and fulfilled in different locations. For example our Made in Tahoe items ship from our main location while some of our apparel and fine art prints ship from fulfillment locations. 

Supply chain issues may cause delays. These will increase processing times.
